By accessing and using LaTeX Cloud Studio ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

LaTeX Cloud Studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Service solely for your personal or internal business purposes.

You may:

Create and edit LaTeX documents
Store documents securely in our cloud infrastructure
Collaborate with other users on shared projects
Export your work in various formats

You may not:

Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to breach or circumvent any security measures
Share your account credentials with others
Use automated scripts to access the Service

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of LaTeX Cloud Studio is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and comply with GDPR and other applicable data protection regulations.

5. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you create using LaTeX Cloud Studio. We do not claim ownership of your documents, and we will never use your content for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

LaTeX Cloud Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service.
